IT at my company is still seen as 'keep the lights on' - a cost center that fixes laptops and manages tickets. I want to transform our IT organization into a strategic function that uses AI to deliver proactive value: predictive operations, intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and a fundamentally better employee technology experience. I need to rebrand IT from 'help desk' to 'strategic enabler.'

Our security operations can't keep up with the volume of alerts, the complexity of our environment, and the speed of emerging threats. I want to use AI to fundamentally upgrade our security posture - from reactive incident response to proactive threat detection, automated anomaly analysis, and intelligent data leakage prevention. I need a plan that's practical for a mid-market security team, not a Fortune 500 SOC.

I'm the CIO of a mid-market company (~1,200 employees) and we're spending $4M+ annually on SaaS tools, but I suspect utilization is abysmal. I want to use AI to analyze actual tool usage patterns across the organization - who's using what, what's shelfware, where teams have redundant tools, and where adoption is failing. I need a plan to go from 'we have no visibility' to 'we have AI-powered dashboards that show adoption health and recommend consolidation.'

Employees across my company are using ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and dozens of other AI tools without IT's knowledge or approval. Some are pasting customer data, source code, and financial projections into these tools. I don't want to ban everything - that just pushes it underground - but I need visibility and governance before this becomes a real data breach.
